Cristopher S. Rapp
Cris has more than twenty years of experience representing clients in business, construction, and real estate disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. He assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, purchase-and-sale agreements, and commercial leases.
Mr. Rapp is a 2004 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief of The Journal of Law and Politics, and the recipient of a Hardy C. Dillard Fellowship in Legal Research and Writing. He graduated with honors from Princeton University in 1995.
