Adrienne Hale

Adrienne’s practice is focused on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and structure and corporate financings. She represents all manner of domestic and international public and private companies. She assists with the creation, structuring, development and growth of businesses, across sectors as varied as finance, construction, health care, utilities, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, and franchising.  Adrienne also drafts commercial and technology contracts including SaaS agreements, service agreements, sales and vendor contracts, employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
